When we say all day, we mean all day. As long as said “day” is within our operating hours of 9am-7pm. But yeah, all day.

Look, we’d never call you picky. But if you want to be picky, we’re happy to accommodate you. Get your bike adjusted to exactly your liking.

Bike Rental Requirements

But first, some ground rules:

Riders musts must be 18 years old or have an adult over 18 with them on property to rent a bike.

Riders must be a minimum of 49” tall.

Riders are required to wear a helmet. Helmets are provided with every rental.

Bike Rental FAQs

Our E-bikes are Class 1, pedal-assist bikes. Pedal-assist E-bikes use a motor making it easier to pedal and have a variable resistance adjustment so you can set your level of difficulty.

Yes, helmets are provided. Other gear like full face helmets and protection gear are available for rent at the WheelHouse.

Yes, we offer kids’ bike rentals for children over 49” tall.

Please refer to our sizing chart. If your height falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size, if available.

All rentals must be returned by posted closing hours. Please refer to the operating hours here.

Riders are responsible for any reported damages and are obligated to inform the bike shop located at Basecamp facilities. Purchasing additional insurance is highly recommended. This can be added to your rental when you check out online or when you arrive to WildSide.

WildSide trails are designed for beginners through advanced riders. Some experience bike riding off paved roads or trails is recommended. However, the trails are designed and identified for riders of varied experience.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own bike. Your bike must have at least one form of suspension and 24inch wheels to ride on our trails. No adaptive bikes are allowed on our trails.
